Our mission

Our mission is simple and clear:

Legacy brands

In 2019, Taverner acquired Jetty Research, a Coffs Harbour-based consultancy with an extensive client list within local and state government.

Then in 2020, continuing it’s growth program, Taverner acquired Wollongong-based IRIS Research which allowed it to gain a dominant position in the Illawarra region and throughout southern NSW.

This led to the founding of Taverner Research Group and a new brand, using a modern and simplified interpretation of the original “oak tree sitting in a crown” emblem – Philip-Mitchell Taverner’s family crest. The three peaks and merging blue and green colours symbolise the Taverner, Jetty and IRIS brands, which have come together under a unified brand.
