Policy Statement

Taverner has conducted quality market and social research to both industry and government since 1995. Senior management have always been committed to delivering high quality research outputs.

Quality has traditionally been achieved through accreditation to IQCA (Interviewer Quality Control Australia), corporate membership of AMSRO (Australian Market and Social Research Organisation), compliance with ESOMAR guidelines, individual accreditation to QPMR for senior researchers, and by utilising the principles of ‘The Taverner Way to Quality Research’ which addresses three key elements of the research process – Insight, Strategy and Accountability.

Utilising the foundations of these industry standards and ‘The Taverner Way’ our objective is to exceed the requirements of the international quality standard (ISO 20252), not simply as a matter of compliance, but as a fundamental principle of project management.

Central to achieving ongoing accreditation is senior management-commitment to continual improvement – continual improvement of the employee skills, office systems, and the Quality Assurance system.
